Shipping and Returns Information

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and Ireland only.

  • United Kingdom (including Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland)
  • Ireland (Republic of Ireland)

If your location is not supported at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet.

Shipping costs

Our standard postage and packaging rates are:

  • £5.95 – 1 bottle
  • £9.95 – 2 bottles

These rates may increase or decrease over time in line with carrier and delivery cost changes. The shipping price shown at checkout is always the current rate applied to your order.

Dispatch and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 days of your order being placed (business days only; excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier performance. Where available, we will provide tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Carrier delays and liability

Once your order has left our warehouse and has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. While we will always help liaise with the carrier where possible, Patron Saint Whisky is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier or factors beyond our reasonable control.

Age verification and delivery

We sell age-restricted products. By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence.

  • Deliveries may require age verification on receipt.
  • A signature may be required.
  • If delivery cannot be completed (for example, failed age check or no one available), the parcel may be returned to us and re-delivery charges may apply.

Delivery restrictions

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
  • We may be unable to deliver to certain address types depending on the carrier (for example, some PO boxes or restricted access locations).

Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the outer packaging and the item(s). We will work quickly to put it right.
